This position is located onsite at the Corporate Headquarters in Kenosha, WI.

The Digital Media Marketer will be responsible for driving and executing digital marketing strategies, with a focus on content creation, social media management, and graphic design. The role also involves working closely with the marketing team to support event marketing initiatives, create compelling digital content, and help promote our brand across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop and manage content across various digital platforms (social media, websites, etc.). Ensure content is engaging, aligned with brand messaging, and optimized for each platform
  • Graphic Design: Create visually-compelling designs for various social media and digital assets
  • Social Media Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the community to build brand presence. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement
  • Event Marketing & Management: Assist in planning and promoting events, both internal and external
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Analyze data and provide reports on the performance of digital campaigns, offering insights for optimization
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align digital media marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns, events, and business objectives
  • Administrative Support: Support general marketing team tasks and provide any additional help as needed. Assist in managing marketing calendars and timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience managing and creating content for multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Interest in digital marketing trends and the ability to apply them to campaigns
  • Interest and experience in event marketing and event management
  • Business-savvy with an understanding of how digital marketing contributes to broader company objectives
  • Strong research ability to analyze trends and market data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail in content creation and project execution
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
  • Travel up to 10%
