Position Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor and develop team of User Acceptance Testers in our state-of-the art customer service call center.
- Ensure thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.
- Direct large-scale customer service systems projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service management.
- Building and maintain relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years in Customer Service or Call Center management.
- Experience with project management, User Acceptance Testing methodology and Customer Service Systems implementations preferred.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
