Jockey is seeking a Sr. Manager of Total Rewards to join our Human Resources Team. This role will lead our Total Rewards team in day-to-day matters and partner with HR department leadership in executing on our Total Rewards strategy. This role will be responsible for administration of our company’s benefit plans and assist in our compensation administration.

Job Expectations:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of our Total Rewards function as well as management of our vendors including insurance carriers, 401k administrator.
  • Lead a team in our benefits, payroll and leave administration duties. Support team as needed, ensuring the team has all the resources needed to be successful.
  • Lead annual processes such as open enrollment.
  • Administer our compensation programs. Market price roles and audit pay practices to ensure alignment with internal protocols as well as Federal, State and Local laws.
  • Partner with other areas of HR, Legal and Finance when they need Total Reward’s input or assist them in their support of the organization.
  • Contribute to creating and implementing a differentiated employee experience strategy that touches all points of the employee lifecycle in collaboration with the full HR function and leadership.
  • Help establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to measure efficiency and effectiveness that can be evaluated; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with company, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; periodically review policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas that need process improvement

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience including benefits and compensation, driving HR Initiatives and emerging technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to be onsite at our Kenosha, WI office 4 days per week
