Jockey is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Manager is instrumental in making sure that Jockey’s marketing team resources are utilized both efficiently and effectively and in alignment with the organization’s business goals. This role will be responsible for driving centralized planning & reporting, resource & project prioritization, process development, brand & legal compliance and marketing technology management.

This position can be based out of our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area), or at our office in Nashville, TN. However, fully remote may also be considered.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Process Management & Resource Optimization

  • Ensure proper process is in place for efficient workflows and clear ownership within the marketing department utilizing ClickUp as a means for collaboration to create visibility to project priorities and associated tasks. Lead strategy for continued growth and adoption as needed across the broader Jockey team.
  • Document existing and create new processes where needed to ensure efficient workflows and clear ownership within the marketing department.
  • Assist in evaluating marketing project requests against company and department goals to prioritize, identify key stakeholders and resources needed, clearly articulating to leadership any bandwidth concerns or dependencies.
  • Lead the evaluation of current marketing tools and resources to ensure efficient use of the technology available and identify any gaps or duplication. Work in collaboration with IT to implement and evaluate new tools against their original business case and track adoption. Provide recommendations/feedback on tools underutilized or no longer serving their purpose.
  • Serve as central point of contact for legal helping to prioritize requested reviews and ensure clarity for the marketing team around creative approvals, trademarks, claims, etc. Assist in monitoring contract fulfillment and renewals.

Media Planning & Performance Optimization

  • Assist in the execution of paid media campaigns across a mix of channels including, but not limited to, digital, paid social, television, online video, audio, retail media and performance channels to drive brand awareness and the acquisition of our target customer.
  • Track and analyze performance of paid media campaigns and test and learn initiatives providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to brief agencies on media goals and objectives and creative assets needed to execute and optimize performance.
  • Aid in broader marketing campaign planning & reporting efforts in partnership with internal and external business partners to ensure measurement plans are in place and data is gathered, monitored and organized into useable formats for insights and action to choreograph acquisition and retention efforts across the organization.

Innovation & Industry Trends

  • Stay ahead of the latest paid media trends, consumption habits, platform updates, best practices, etc. to keep Jockey at the forefront of new opportunities to reach our target audiences.
  • Be at the forefront of new and evolving marketing tools and technologies with the potential to create efficiencies within the team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of integrated media, marketing, agency, project management or related experience. Previous marketing operations experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, data science, communications or related field.
  • Experience in testing, measurement, reporting and optimization.
  • Knowledge of workflow management, marketing software and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, ClickUp, Aprimo, etc.)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships.
  • Apparel experience is desired but not required.
  • PMP or marketing related project management desired but not required.
