JOCKEY is currently seeking a skilled Replenishment & Allocation Analyst. This role works at our corporate office in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI). In this role, you will be responsible to Analyze the Jockey retail business and use strategic insights and data to develop allocation strategies that deliver the appropriate level of inventory across all stores.

This is not a remote position.

In this role you will:

  • Determine the best allocation strategy to distribute inventory to each store to maximize sales and margins.
  • Analyze store inventory at the style/size level, identify over and under performers and provide suggestions to improve.
  • Manage weekly replenishment forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels by sku.
  • Optimize inventory flow of merchandise from distribution center to stores.
  • Identify inventory issues and analyze root causes to provide solutions.
  • Develop product promotional pricing strategies that maximize profit and reduce markdowns.
  • Provide and analyze reports for entire team to inform go-forward strategies.
  • Act as a liaison to field through proactive communication and addressing concerns.
  • Participate in system upgrades; act as subject matter expert in system enhancements, process improvements, and key company initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience doing analytical work in excel or google sheets. Must be proficient in MS office with advanced knowledge in Excel, ie experience building reports with complex formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in an environment with shifting priorities
  • Desired experience with retail replenishment and distribution experience
  • Excellent analytical ability required.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, attention to detail, follow-through, organization and time management skills required.
  • Experience with JDA allocation is strongly desired!
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, or Retail Management preferred, or the 2-3 years equivalent experience.
