Assists the Technical staff by escorting patients to and from exam rooms, patient positioning, exam room setup/cleanup, and patient monitoring.

Assists with obtaining patient history, verifies order/special scheduling requests.

Courteous and effective phone communications with provider offices/ancillary departments. Relays messages/instructions

Transports patients between imaging, nursing and ancillary departments.

Accurately documents information in the electronic health/medical record system.

Reviews patient’s history and documents appropriately on history/screening forms.

Receives and records verbal orders from licensed independent practitioners for orders that are specific to the services provided by their department.

Communicating exam information with patients/provider offices over the phone.

Multifaceted communication under a variety of emotional situations, for all patients throughout the life span.
