Position Responsibilities
- Research and source janitorial products from top domestic and international vendors.
- Manage janitorial vendor relations, visiting manufacturing facilities and tradeshows to ensure product quality and negotiating deals that boost profitability.
- Review customer feedback, competitor offerings and market trends to recommend new products.
- Support the catalog and web layout process to enhance our janitorial product offering and visibility.
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
- Distribution or retail industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
